Mr. Newton Cummings, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.

2. INVOCATION

Mr. Bennett Sierra gave the invocation.

3. Revision to OLC’s Nepotism Policy 61-420

Mr. Shortbull presented the revision to the OLC’s Nepotism Policy 61-420 to the board for approval. (See Attachment A)

Mr. John Her Many Horses made a motion to approve the revision to OLC’s Nepotism Policy 61-420 as presented. Mr. Bennett Sierra seconded the motion.

Vote: 11 for Against: 0 Not Voting: 0 Motion Carried

4. ADJOURNMENT

Mr. John Her Many Horses made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Pete Red Willow seconded the motion.

Vote: 11 for; Against: 0 Not Voting: 0 Motion Carried
