Rose and Denise volunteered to do the baccalaureate last year

 

Mike will do the announcement in the strategic planning meeting next Friday, 1-31-03

Will ask Tony Brave if there is a way to put the dance categories on the web page to show what categories are open.

 

Marilyn Pourier will put the categories on the weekly newsletter and update then to show what is open.

 

The categories were put out in the mailboxes in December.

 

Donation letter out to the community:

 

Faith, Misty, and Michelle -                          Martin

Troy will get a letter out to the reservation businesses.

Sponsors-stick a flyer in the graduation booklet at the powwow, or make a powwow booklet with their names and give out starting Friday

Add a PS to the letter saying there name will be announced throughout the weekend

Awning for graduation cook shack, someone needs to reserve
