Meeting called to order at 11:10 am

 

Prayer by Charlie White Buffalo

 

Leslie motions to approve minutes

Seconded by Cathy F.

Unanimous vote to approve minutes

 

Marilyn corrected the prizes, they did not approve for her to give cash prizes, she gave a star quilt, pillowcases.

 

New Business

 

Christmas:

 

Roberta is doing the Secret Santa (Gift Exchange), she will be e-mailing all staff

 

Susan suggested getting extra gifts for those who get none.

 

Some one needs to mark off all gifts as they come in so we will know who didnŐt get one

 

Susan motions to decorate the tree on November 26th, the following Friday is All Staff

Seconded by Roberta

Unanimous vote to decorate the tree on 11-26

 

Candy Bags will be done on December 3rd

 

Myreen and Alicia will be the elves

 

Theresa will ask Tony Fresquez to be Santa

 

Misty will bring the music

 

The Halloween cakewalk made 43.50

 

Graduation Pow Wow:

 

Myreen, Steph, and Alicia will be doing the Baccalaureate

 

Troy will be doing the Registration and Tiny Tots

 

Cathy F. and Roberta will be doing concessions

 

Myreen and Misty will be taking numbers and registration

 

Leonard will be doing Porta-Potties and Trash

Need suggestions on who can handle security, Activities Committee can help

 

Leonard F. suggestions that all Committee members be present at the pow wow to help

 

Susan motions to approve all of the above

Unanimous vote to accept the above
