Meeting started at 12:40

 

Pow wow:

 

Myreen is in charge of the baccalaureate and has the budget

Cindy has the feathers and plumes

Billi is in charge of the walk/run, she needs an extra $200 for the t-shirts

 

Sheralda motions to give Billi the extra $200 for the t-shirts

Unanimous vote to accept the above motion

 

Beef is in charge of the softball tournament and will take the money out of student activities.  Activities committee might have to pay the umps, scorekeepers and balls

 

Roberta and Cathy F. are in charge of the concessions.  Fri-$50  Sat-$75 Sun-$75

 

Leonard is in charge of the Porta-Potties.  His requisition is for the week after.  Kathy TC will check on it

 

Larry will borrow the trash bins from the PHC, PSC, and PCC

 

Activities committee will be doing the Veterans meal on Saturday

 

Tom announced that they will be moving the Crows Nest to the North  so the sun will be at the students back in the Morning

Our budget is $40,000 plus what we have raised.

 

Troy needs copies of all the requisitions that deal with the pow wow

Sheralda will contact them to come and check the pow wow grounds

 

There will be a lock on the hydrant pumps at the pow wow grounds, there will be a key at the crows nest and with Larry

 

Troy motions to purchase more walkie-talkies and flashlights.
