Institutional Development Committee

Minutes:Members Present_Loretta Red Feather, Lilias Jarding, Shawn Reinhart, Cliff Delong, Milton Fineran, Gloria Eastman, Sylvia Hollow Horn, Marcel Bull Bear.

Cliff DeLong -VC called the meeting to order at 10:45am

Cliff Delong-VC gave the opening prayer.

Old Business

Approval of minutes-Loretta Red Feather-montioned to approve Lilias Jarding

2nd the motion- all in favor

New business

Sub-Committee Reports

Benefits-Chris Janis-Kelly Agency-is offering a cheaper plan for dental and vision- Chris will take it to subcommittee first, the bring it to the IDC.

Policy and procedure-no report

Technology-gave a discourse on the state of technology at the institution.

New Business

Kirk Costion as been assigned to a different committee.

Milton Fineran-agrees to serve on the Policy sub-committee

Lilas Jarding will also agrees to serve on the Policy sub-committee

Shawn Reinhart will help with the benefits sub-committee as will Marcel Bull Bear.
