Members in attendance:  Lori Broberg, Rainey Benson, Arlene Quist, Marcel Bull Bear, Deig Sandoval, Lilias Jarding, Shawn Reinhart, Donna Red Ear Horse, Milton Fineran, Phinet Red Owl, Sylvia Hollow Horn, Pearl Cottier

Chairwoman Broberg called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM.

Marcel Bull Bear gave the opening prayer.

Deig Sandoval moved and Shawn Reinhart seconded that the minutes be approved as submitted.

Motion passed unanimously.

No subcommittee reports were given.

Vice-President Quist will be presenting a modification in policy on equipment procurement.

Cliff De Long moved to adjourn Deig Sandoval seconded.
