Attendance: B. Bump, S. Gardipe, T. Reddy, P. Nelson, K. Lone Hill, Leslie Henry, Kimberly Bettelyoun, Theresa Lone Hill, Misty Rooks, Juanita White Elk, Marilyn Kockrow, Sonia Janis, and L. Broberg

Meeting was called to order at 9:28 a.m.

Words of encouragement were given by Sam Gardipe.

Tim Reddy was appointed secretary for this meeting.

Review of minutes. Brett Bump requested to amend the minutes, which he had already amended for the online version. Tim Reddy motion to adopt minutes with amendment. Karen Lone Hill seconded.

Theresa Lone Hill provided an activities committee review which the pow wow and graduation are all set.

Assessment committee Marilyn Kockrow discussed working procedures not motions due to lack of quorum.

Leslie Henry presented curriculum changes for Ag and Natural Resources. Changes presented

· AA in Natural Resources

· AA in Agriculture

Karen Lone Hill motioned to approve, Sam Gardipe seconded.

Marilyn Kockrow presented curriculum changes for Applied Science Department. Karen Lone Hill motioned to approve, Paula Nelson seconded.

Brett Bump mentioned that two changes in the policy manual were made to provide uniformity.

Sam Gardipe presented student services changes. Three changes were passed and others sent back to committee. Tim Reddy motioned to approve, Sam Gardipe seconded.
