Attendance: Rocky Dubray, Sam Gardipe, Karen Lone Hill, Shirley Sitting Bear, Larry, Paula Nelson, Cindi Iron Cloud, and L. Broberg

Meeting was called to order at 10:20 a.m.

Words of encouragement were given by Sam Gardipe.

Election of officers – Sam Gardipe nominated Lorie to continue as Chair, everyone in agreement. Karen Lone Hill volunteered to maintain position of Vice Chair. Secretary will be appointed each meeting. Lorie volunteered to keep minutes for the meeting today.

May 12, 2006 minutes were reviewed. Paula Nelson motioned to approve. Karen Lone Hill seconded, motion passed.

Motion to adjourn by Cindy Iron Cloud, Shirley Sitting Bear Second, and motion passed.
