Transfers from one district center to another

 

Changes once a student declares a home center on their admission application they will remain at that center until a change of address is submitted to the Registrar’s Office.  If a home center is not indicated the Registrar’s Office will assign the home center as per the location of their address. Students will be responsible for turning in a copy of all required documents to their new center.

Determination of PELL Eligibility and Disbursement of PELL Funds (Policy) 83-850

 

            Pell will be disbursed to the number of hours students are enrolled in at the fourth week of class. Verification of attendance will be completed by; the financial aid staff during week four. PELL refund checks will be out by week eight for students with a complete file.

            In the event of a student totally withdrawing from classes and ending up in a repayment situation, the student will be responsible for the repayment back to the program and will be in overpayment with the Department of Education.

The core now includes Freshman English II; Technical writing was moved to the IT Core. MIS 113 was added into the core and moved IT 103 to the Program Electives.

 

The dual numbered classes IT 4/502, 4/512, 4/522, 4/532, and 4/542 will drop the 500 numbering leaving the 400 level numbering.
