                                               RESIGNATION (POLICY)

     Any Trustee of the Corporation may resign at any time by giving written notice of his resignation to the
     Corporation.  Any such resignation shall take effect at the time specified therein or, if the time when it
     shall become effective shall not be specified therein, immediately upon its receipt.  Unless otherwise
     specified therein in the acceptance of such resignation shall not be necessary to make it effective.  Any
     member of the Board of Trustees considering employment with Oglala Lakota College shall resign from Board
     membership prior to his/her application being considered for employment.
