ARTICLE 2. COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS AND TRUSTEES
1. Compensation of Officers. Salaries of other compensation of the officers
may be fixed from time to time by the Board of Trustees provided that,
such salaries and compensation shall not be excessive in amount and
shall be for services which are reasonable and necessary for
performance of the Corporation’s purposes.
2. Compensation of Trustee. Board members as such shall not receive any
stated salaries for their services, but by resolution of the Board of
Trustees, a fixed sum not to exceed $250 for each meeting or $3,000 per
year, and expenses of attendance, if any, may be allowed Trustees other
than any salaried officer of the corporation for attendance at regular or
special meetings of the Board. With the exception of the Student
Senate Representative who can receive compensation from the
college as a student intern, a Board member shall not serve the
Corporation in any other capacity other than as a Board member and
shall not receive any other compensation other than for their
attendance at Board meetings or other board related activities.
