                                         BOARD PRESIDENT DUTIES (POLICY)

     Article 3 Duties

     The President shall have general supervision over the affairs of the Corporation, subject however, to the
     control of the Board of trustees. He shall, if present, preside at all meetings of the Board of Trustees.
     In general, he shall perform such duties as are provided for in these By-Laws and as from time to time may
     be assigned to him by the Board of Trustees.
