                                           QUORUM AT MEETINGS (POLICY)

     A majority of the Trustees in office, present in person, shall be necessary and sufficient to constitute a
     quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting of the Board of Trustees. 

     REFERENCE:   OLC  By-Laws, Article II, Paragraph 7

     Article V of Charter - OST 77-55  6/8/77:  "at least seven trustees with voting rights are in attendance."

     The quorum for committee meetings shall be two (2) with the exception of the Personnel Committee, which shall
     be three (3).   (See policy 20-004)
