                                             POLICY ADOPTION (POLICY)

     1.  All policies, and procedures that appear within the Policy and Procedure Handbook are binding on the
         administrators, faculty, staff and students of the college.

     2.  The President of OLC is empowered to implement temporary regulations and procedures until such time that
         the Board of Trustees may act upon policy proposals. The President shall report such action to the Board
         at the next regular meeting.
