                                         ARTICLE 2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS

     Officers of the Board of Trustees will be nominated by the Board members, and the election will be by secret
     ballot. Officers will need a majority vote of those Board of Trustees present for the election of officers.
     If an officer of the Board does not receive a majority vote on the first ballot, the two Board members with
     the highest numbers of votes will have a run-off.
