                                        ARTICLE 6. RESIGNATION OF OFFICERS

     Any officer may resign at any time, orally or in writing, by notifying the Board of Trustees of the President
     of the Secretary of the Corporation. Such resignation shall take effect at the time therein specified or, if
     the time when it shall become effective, shall not be specified therein, immediately upon receipt, unless
     otherwise specified therein. The acceptance of such resignation shall not be necessary to make it effective.
