                                       OFFICERS OF THE CORPORATION (POLICY)

     Type

     The officers of the Corporation shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The officers
     shall serve without compensation, other than is provided for all trustees. The officers shall serve until the
     election of their successors, provided that the members of the Corporation may remove any officer for cause.

     The officers of the Corporation shall be a President, A Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer each to
     have such duties of functions as are provided in these by-laws or as the Board of Trustees may from time to
     time determine. The Board of Trustees may elect such additional officers or assistant officers as it may from
     time to time determine. One person may hold any two or more of the foregoing offices, except the office of
     President and Secretary.
