                                             ANNUAL MEETING (POLICY)

     Annual Meeting.  A regular annual meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be held in December.

     REFERENCE: OSCC By-Laws, Article II, Paragraph 3

     Change of Place of Annual Meeting. No amendment of these by-laws changing the time and place for holding any
     annual meeting of the Board of Trustees for the election of the Trustees shall be made within thirty (30)
     days preceding the holding of any such meeting.
