                                       REGULAR (MONTHLY) MEETINGS (POLICY)

     There will be monthly meetings of the Board of Trustees unless insufficient business would not warrant a
     meeting. The Board President will have the responsibility of determining whether a monthly Board Meeting is
     not warranted.
