                                   BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING SCHEDULE  (POLICY)

     1. The Board of Trustees shall determine the dates, time and place for regularly scheduled meetings during
        the annual meeting of the Corporation.  This schedule will be followed as closely as possible during the
        regular academic year.

     2. The President of Oglala Lakota College will have the responsibility of notifying the members of the Board
        of Trustees of all regular and special meetings.
