                                     SUSPENSION OF OFFICIAL POLICIES (POLICY)

     1.  Should an emergency situation arise which calls for suspension of official policies, a 2/3 vote of all
         Board members may suspend the official policies and substitute those deemed necessary.

     2.  Such suspensions shall be in effect only until the next meeting of the Board of Trustees.
