                            PIYA WICONI OKOLAKICIYE / COLLEGE LEGISLATURE (PROCEDURE)

     1.  The current by-laws and amendments to PWO will be recognized as the official procedures for the
         functioning of the assembly, (See exhibit 35-000-2).

     2.  Amendment to the by-laws may be added providing at least a 2/3 majority of PWO with concurrence of the
         President.  Amendments must be introduced at regular meetings and, with the approval of a majority of the
         PWO, will be voted upon at the next meeting of the PWO.
