     Oglala Lakota College will maintain ongoing and interrelated Long Range-, Strategic-, and Operational Plans
     for programs and facilities to be reviewed at the Annual Retreat.

     Format:
     Each item in the strategic plan should include these sections:

       * Description and rationale
       * Measurable outcomes/objectives with time line
       * Means of assessment
