                                    FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION (POLICY)

     No OLC staff member will submit a proposal for funding unless the budget has been reviewed by the Vice
     President for Business and the application approved by the OLC President.

     Proposal writers should endeavor to submit applications for review in a timely manner to allow, if possible,
     ten (10) working days for the budget review and five (5) working days for the President's review prior to
     application deadline.
