                                         REPORTS AND STATEMENTS (POLICY)

     External Reports

     The primary responsibility for the timely preparation of financial reports will be vested in the Vice
     President of Business.  These are to be prepared from the General Ledger accounts after the end of each
     reporting period as required by the specific grant or contract.

     Internal Reports

     The Business Office will prepare and issue a monthly Budget Expenditure Report (BER) to the departments.
