                               BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS GOALS AND OBJECTIVES (POLICY)

     The board expects operation and maintenance of the college plant and equipment to set high standards of
     safety, to promote the health of students and staff, to reflect the moral and cultural aspirations of the
     community at its best, and to support environmentally the efforts of the staff to provide a good education.

     The board will endeavor to provide buildings that are sanitary, properly equipped, lighted and ventilated,
     safe from hazards, and aesthetically suited to promoting the goals of the college.
