                                            TELEPHONE USE (PROCEDURE)

     Incoming Telephone Calls
     To improve the effectiveness of telephone communications, the following procedures should be followed,
     especially at Piya Wiconi:

     a.  Switchboard operators should be familiar with staff members' names.

     b.  Staff, either directly or through their supervisors, should inform the switchboard operators of their
         whereabouts during the day.

     Staff should respond to messages as promptly as possible.
