                          FACILITIES PLANNING -  EXISTING FACILITIES INVENTORY (POLICY)

     All existing facilities will be evaluated periodically in the following area: spatial, thermal, visual,
     sonic and aesthetic environments, structural stability, compliance with the latest safety codes, operational
     and maintenance efficiency and the ability to support the educational program.

     In addition to the inspections provided by college personnel, planning for major rehabilitation and
     remodeling will be incorporated in the college facilities master plan on scheduled basis.
