                                              STAFF AWARDS (POLICY)

     To promote employee morale, Oglala Lakota College will hold an Annual Awards ceremony where employees receive
     recognition for work well done and other accomplishments.  The Activity Committee will determine categories,
     selection procedures and awards and forward these to the President for approval and implementation.
