COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE (POLICY)
Counseling/Advising
The College is interested in the welfare of its students. The personal contact of students with each
district college center counselor begins within the community, during registration and throughout the whole
year.
Counselors are available at each College Center to assist students in tutoring, attendance, personal and
financial aid counseling. Counselors may also refer students to other resources, if they are unable to
assist students in their needs.
Students should work closely with the college center counselor. An educational advisor is available for
each student. The student should seek an advisor on educational problems.
