                                  GRADE REPORTS (POLICY)

At the end of each semester, a student grade report viewable on the students Jenzabar 
record under the Advisee Tab.  These reports include a description of the course and the 
progress made by the student.  Only semester grades are entered in the student's 
permanent record.
