                                              GRIEVANCE (PROCEDURE)

     If a student has a grievance against an instructor, the student is to go directly to the instructor.

     If the instructor and the student are not able to resolve the issue, a meeting may be requested to be held
     between the instructor, the student, and the chair of the nursing program.

     If the issue is not resolved at the departmental level, the vice-president of instruction will be requested
     to meet with all concerned parties, i.e., student, instructor, chair of nursing.
