                                        GRADUATION CEREMONIES (PROCEDURE)

     A.  Graduation Exercises

         1.  A Commencement Planning Committee will be convened in the Winter semester of each year.  The
             Committee will work out the details for the coming commencement exercises and pow-wow.  The
             Committee will present the commencement plan to the President upon its completion.  The Committee
             will be dissolved following the completion of all ceremonies.

         2.  Commencement exercises shall include those students who have earned an academic degree, a general
             equivalency diploma, a certificate, or other mark of recognized achievement established by the
             college.
