                                           COMMUNITY SERVICES (POLICY)

     1.  Local center boards with elected representatives form the community have been established to ensure that
         each center has the needed input form the community and help from the center in meeting the training and
         educational needs of individual communities.

     2.  The college centers in each of the nine districts of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation are to be
         adequately staffed for ensuring that basic community services are provided.
