The Coordinator of Support Services serves directly under the Office of the President of Oglala Lakota
College and supervises the Employee Assistance Program Director, the Plant Management Director, and the
Student Assistance Program Director. In addition, she assists the President in the supervision of the
eleven College Centers.
The Coordinator of Support Services plans, organizes, and develops reports and other institutional documents
as required by the College President; assists in the budget development, budget modifications, and cuff
accounts for the President's Office, represents the College President at meetings, events, and functions,
assists the College President with public relations, short-range and long-range programmatic and financial
planning and evaluation; handles student complaints as provided for in the Student Handbook and assists in
student-related activities, i.e., AIHEC, Student Senate, etc., and performs other duties as assigned by the
College President and/or as necessitated by modification in the college mission, philosophy or purposes.
