The links to the left are managed symbolic redirects to pages local to the olc web server. You should use these links for your webpages instead of absolute addresses so that your webpages don't break when the absolute addresses change. You will note that these links only contain anchors to the webdesigners accounts, and do not include those webpages that are controlled by the domain and header navigation bars (pages owned by the www user).
The links to the right are managed redirects to pages not on the olc web server. You can use these anchors in your pages to link to these sites, or to the College Center pages located on the Wiki. You will note that many "References" and "Tutorials" have been moved to the Wiki as well.
