MLA (Modern Language Association) style is the writing style to format documents and cite sources within the liberal arts and humanities.
Writing style for English, Speech and Literature students
APA (American Psychological Association) is the preferred writing style to format documents and to cite sources within the social sciences.
Students with a major in Business, Education, Graduate Studies, Lakota Studies, Information Technology, Nursing, Social Science and Social Work will use the APA writing style.
Allen Press is a publishing standard and less of a writing style. The author brings to the publishing company a document that is ready to print. This standard of print ready publishing will become standard as the number of authors of research present print ready documents.
