Pine Ridge Reservation Agriculture Technology Committee
The Pine Ridge Agriculture Technology Committee is a group of Tribal, State, Federal, & local ranchers and farmers who are interested in the food and fiber industries on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Their main objective it to provide a coordinated effort to provide technical assistance and educational activities to local ranchers, farmers and landowners on the Pine Ridge Reservation. This is an informal group who work together on a volunteer bases. The group includes the following organization (and is open to anyone who wants to assist):

Oglala Lakota Tribal Agriculture Review Planning Committee
The Oglala Lakota Tribal Agriculture Review Planning Committee is a group of local tribal, state, & federal agencies working on a 10 year plan for agricultural land use issue on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. The Oglala Sioux Tribal Land Office with the help of the Pine Ridge Reservation Agriculture Technology Committee shares the responsibility for the OST Agriculture Management Plan.
Ms.. Henry was born in Gordon, Nebraska and her family has been in the Pine Ridge area for over 100 years. Her great grandfather on her fathers mothers side was the first sheriff for Grodon, Nebraska. He also help to lay the first brick building at Holy Rosary Mission. She was raise in White Clay, Nebraska and attended Extension District 129 country school South of White Clay. She is a Rushville High School graduate. Her college education began at Chadron State College, then she transferred to Iowa State University of Technology where she received her Baccalaureate of Science degree in Animal Science. She has taken graduate course from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Adult Vocational Education with and Extension emphasis, Colorado State University in Natural Resources, and has her Master of Science degree from South Dakota State University in Biology.
