Professional Resume/Work Resume or CV (for Faculty positions)
Submit appropriate documentation for tribal members and veterans
Submit appropriate documentation for certificates claimed.

OLC Applications

Official College Transcripts (Must be sent directly from the universities/colleges to the HR office- can be emailed through secure pdf or mailed)

Head Applicants

Official College Transcripts or Copy of High School Diploma or GED
